Hawaiian Wahoo (Ono)

We hope you all had a great Christmas and spent quality time with loved ones. With all the activity around the holiday’s, you would probably appreciate having someone else do the cooking and clean -up! Join us tonight and let us do the work!

As our Featured Grill tonight, we have Wahoo (also known as Ono), fresh in from Hawaii. The flesh of the wahoo is white to grey, delicate to dense, and highly regarded by many gourmets. The taste is similar to mackerel, though arguably less pronounced. Grilled medium rare to protect the delicate flavor and texture of this beautiful fish (however, we can grill to your preference) and topped with our house-made pineapple citrus salsa.

As always, we feature our signature Captain Bill’s Fish Fry of haddock in a Capital Brewing Winter Skal batter.

The ever popular Bluegill Fish Fry is also being offered tonight.
