This weekend we will be serving my absolute favorite feature here at Captain Bill’s, our Steak and Prawns. This Surf & Turf combo is outstanding. We start with a six-ounce, local tenderloin grilled to order and add three massive grilled prawns. These shrimp weigh in at between two and three ounces each, meaning that you have more shrimp on your plate than steak! They are literally the size of a small lobster each and the flavor is so good I am salivating just thinking about them. We serve this phenomenal dish with your choice of side and vegetables, and to make the weekend even better we have fresh grilled corn on the cob as a side choice.

We have had an absolutely gorgeous Summer and this weekend looks to be just a beautiful, so we are celebrating it with some equally excellent features. For starters, we are offering a wild-caught Mako Shark appetizer. We cube this American waters shard into bite sized pieces, saute it with a little oil, salt & pepper and lemon juice, then finish it with our certified-organic Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar Reduction. It is a sizzling delight and not to be missed. We have also brought back our Nacho appetizer, featuring fresh-fried tortilla chips, house-made guacamole and pico de gallo and, this week, we are offering it topped with either deep-fried shrimp or grilled chicken.
For entrees I brought in some amazing Hawaiian Blue Marlin. We will be grilling this delicious fish to order, serving it with your choice of side and vegetables, and topping with a fresh pineapple salsa. more >

This weekend we have some amazing features for you. For starters, no pun intended, we have fresh-fried nachos with house-made guacamole and pico de gallo topped with your choice of either deep-fried shrimp or grilled chicken breast. Both options are great and the sauces are outstanding!
I’m not even sure where to start with the entrees because they are all fabulous. Last month we featured tenderloins from Lange Farms Meats and they were a huge hit. We liked them so much that we decided to try some of Richard Lange’s other offerings, so this weekend we will be grilling a twelve-ounce, Certified Organic, Grass-Fed beef Ribeye to order, pairing it with your choice of side and vegetables and drizzling it with a Certified Organic Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar Reduction. Just typing that made me salivate, I can’t wait until our pre-shift when the staff gets to try this magnificent dish. If you are looking for fresh seafood, look no further than the Escolar. This beautiful, buttery and delicious fish is hand-cut, grilled to order and topped with a Red Pepper Relish (pictured left) that I made yesterday, and served with your choice of side and vegetables. If these two features weren’t enough, we are also offering our always popular Seafood Pasta. Tender pieces of Scottish Salmon, Sea Scallops, Swordfish and Shrimp are sauteed and tossed in a pesto cream reduction with RP’s Egg Linguine. more >
